These small group discussions are an opportunity to connect with and learn from fellow attendees, share ideas and reflections on the conference topics, and share your individual perspectives. The breakout rooms will be self-moderated and randomly assigned, except for Day Three where you will be able to select a group to join based on issue areas.
In our day two discussion groups, we will think about the impact that power has within your organization. How do you address power and power imbalances in relationships within your team, your board, your constituents, etc.? What works and what doesn’t in confronting issues of power?
